Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons related to body care products, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged

The customer receives the wrong item

There are missing items in the order
To be eligible for a return in these cases, the issue must be reported in the presence of the delivery representative at the time of receiving the order.
Please note that claims reported after the delivery representative leaves will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If the order has been received and the delivery representative has already left, exchanges are allowed within 3 days only from the time of receiving the order.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be in its original packaging and condition

The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
